Refund policy
Our return policy is as states:
All returns will be processed ONLY as a store credit or exchange if it meets the following guidelines within 7 days of the original purchase:
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: only full priced clothing item purchased between 11/27 - 12/26 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only and must be returned by January 5, 2026. Tags must be attached, item unworn & receipt present.
Any holiday clothing, decor or accessories are final sale.
Any promotional clothing purchases are also final sale.
1. Full price item (sale/clearance/door buster items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged this ALSO applies for in store and online purchases that use a discount code such as NEWCUSTOMER and TIKTOK etc.)
2. Formal wear dresses (rush, homecoming etc.) are final sale
3. The item CAN NOT BE a bralette, jewelry piece, or an accessory of any kind (hats, hair tie, bags, key chain etc)
4. Is unworn and the tag is attached.
5. Is not a self care product. Examples: candle, lotion, perfume, etc.
6. Is not a holiday/seasonal/sorority item. Examples: apparel, home decor, gift item etc.
7. Due to health and safety reasons, shoes may not be returned.
8. Drink ware including Brumate, Sorority, other may not be returned.
Online orders have 2 days to request to return from date of delivery! Online orders that request to be returned need to request the return at pinkpoppyshoppe336@gmail.com
BOGO AND CLEARANCE/WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
Pink Poppy has the right to decline a return/exchange if it seems as if any of those conditions are not met.
